Branding, Advertising, Research, Marketing Collaterals and Digital

Toraja is a wondrous place which without a doubt will ignite a spark of awe in the minds of anyone exploring its depths. From grandiose craggy hilltops to the pristine way of life held by the traditional people, Toraja is never short of amazing sights to behold. As an integrated marketing solutions company, Milestone created the whole marketing concept for Toraja as a City Branding project, from logo development and tagline creation to the advertising activities that comes with it. Collaborating with Swiss Contact Wisata and DMO (Destination Management Organization), a research was conducted through means of participant observation for 5 days while socializing with stakeholders.

The people of Toraja was involved as well, deciding the logo through voting to truly choose a logo that most resembles the colors of the people. The creation of the sleek catalog involves working closely with a photographer to create a robust, in-depth, and beautiful previews of the essence of Toraja in itself, and also print ads for local and international tourists which fits the target market of the destination. Milestone became the integral solution for the City Branding of Toraja from the beginning to the end, in the hopes of continuously walking side-by-side in unison to attract even more tourists from all over the world, even until now.
