Waskita Realty as a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, has been answering the challenges of the growing market
needs and shifting trends in the property sector in Indonesia. The company’s
most immediate problem was the lack of good brand architecture: a clearly
defined structure of services or products within an organizational entity.
Milestone developed a clear system of name, logos, colors, and value proposition of each sub-brand within Waskita Realty’s portfolio.
We originated WASAKA as the brand name of all the company’s products. The combination of the Sanskrit words Wasa and Saka means a shining and powerful pillar, designed to represent Waskita Realty products as tough, superior, and possessing the qualities to build progressive urban environments in Indonesia where any lifestyle can thrive. Armed with a distinct and logical brand architecture, Waskita Realty now obtained the flexibility as well as the efficiency for future product expansion and promotion.
