PT Pos Indonesia connects people across the nation by delivering packages for the past 275 years. The company wishes to continue its noble service and develop a delivery application requiring a rejuvenated identity independent from the PT Pos brand and aligning with the competitive market.

Milestone was trusted to perform the branding process of their new app. The project started with an in-depth interview with the key stakeholders of PT Pos Indonesia, progressing to an industry study of competitor brands. Insights from our study became the building blocks of the branding process, resulting in a strong concept alongside the appropriate branding elements.
